Terms & Conditions

1. General

Vintxge Golf operates on an enquiry and commission basis. All orders are initiated through a direct enquiry, discussed and agreed privately prior to any payment being taken. There is no automated checkout process. By engaging with Vintxge Golf, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

2. Bespoke and Commission Orders

Bespoke and commission orders are produced specifically to the customer's brief and specification. As such, the following conditions apply:

• Lead times are not standard and will vary depending on the nature, complexity and volume of the order. An estimated lead time will be provided at the point of quotation and is subject to change.
• A non-refundable deposit will be required before production commences. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the quotation stage and deducted from the final balance.
• Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled. The deposit secures your slot in our production schedule.
• Final payment is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable once produced, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

3. Stock Orders

Where items are available as existing stock, the following terms apply:

• Payment is required in full prior to dispatch.
• Orders will be dispatched within the timeframe communicated at the point of purchase.
• Stock orders are subject to the returns policy set out in Section 5.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All pricing is provided by private quotation following receipt of a customer brief. Vintxge Golf reserves the right to decline any enquiry. A quotation is not a binding contract until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed in writing by Vintxge Golf.

5. Returns and Refunds

Vintxge Golf operates a review-based returns process. We do not offer automatic refunds. The following procedure applies to all return requests:

• To request a return, the customer must contact us at vintxgegolf@outlook.com, clearly stating the reason for the return and providing photographic evidence of the item and any relevant defect or issue.
• All return requests are subject to review and approval by Vintxge Golf. We reserve the right to decline a return request where the grounds are not considered valid.
• If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the item to the address provided by Vintxge Golf at their own cost. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.
• Bespoke, custom and personalised items are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Vintxge Golf will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

6. Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a commission or bespoke order are non-refundable in all circumstances. The deposit forms part of the agreed total and compensates for the reservation of production capacity and any materials sourced on the customer's behalf.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs are communicated at the point of order confirmation. Vintxge Golf is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes or events outside of our control. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, photography and content produced by or for Vintxge Golf remain the intellectual property of Vintxge Golf. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Amendments

Vintxge Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at vintxgegolf.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
